The flowers were beautiful but the pot they came in was not what I ordered. I knew there might be a substitute for flowers but I was expecting the same container.

My last order was terrible. I'm going to see how this one goes. ThIs order was just as terrible as the last. I will not be using this service again. Maybe check in with the florist you use in that area because it's prwtty disappointing.

Quick and easy with many choices
The order was delivered late in the evening around 5 pm, the flowers were mediocre, I had ordered premium but it was more like basic or deluxe. Disappointed with the service and quality.

In the end, you get what you paid for. Found it great to be getting a nice deal for a dozen roses. The recipient told me 11 were delivered, two which were not in the best condition. Also, I had the vase upgraded to a red mason jar, but instead it was delivered in the clear basic vase.
Flowers did not include sunflowers as pictured. They did add roses instead however.

The customize vase was broken when it got delivered two hours after 5 the delivery said 8-5 they got them at 7pm
I was extremely disappointed in the size and fullness of the arrangement. The representative picture is HIGHLY exaggerated. I paid extra for the deluxe size and I'd say that what we received DID NOT align with the premium we paid, especially when compared with the what is shown on the website.
Would rather initial price of flowers was a little higher than to pay for flowers, tax and 15 dollar service fee. All included :) flowers were lovely and delivered timely. Website easy to navigate
