Disappointed. Ordered delux size and it was small. Flowers were just put in vase with no sort of arrangements done. No greens, leather or babies breath. I've worked floral and whoever did this arrangement doesn't know what they're doing. So disappointed.
The flowers are very beautiful but pretty small bouquet for the price. Also the message wasn't written on a card but on a folded piece of colored paper. The service was very fast and the florist did a beautiful job and if they are local I'd like to use them again. This time I'd probably like to go see what they have and the size it would be. The Duchess was excited and thrilled with receiving them. I'm her assistant and I know she loved them and it did make her day. Thank you.
I bought this arrangement for my sister in sympathy for the death of her mother in law. She loved it. She said the flowers were large and very fragrant. Many of the Lillie's were in bud so she would be able to enjoy the arrangement for a long while.

Good choices in products but I'm supposed to have free shipping and I'm unable to figure out how that is supposed to work. Seems like I get a discount but then "service/handling" is added back.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
