It would be nice if there was an expected arrival time for the flowers. Other than that I'm satisfied with what I ordered
I placed an order online on Monday. My order was received a day after it was intended to be received. When I contacted customer service regarding a ETA she was unable to give me an estimated time nor was she able to contact the local florist. I was not pleased with this. I will not be using this site again to order flowers.

Was surprised by the $12 service fee added on at the end. You should post it up front. The local florist that did the actual fulfilling and delivery of my order was outstanding.

The flowers and balloon were very nice but the chocolates were chocolate covered jellies and I expected just regular chocolates, not jellies. A little disappointed.

They sent a Happy Birthday balloon it was supposed to be a get well balloon. It was kinda embarrassing to send someone a Happy Birthday balloon when they sick. Otherwise the flowers we beautiful Thank you. Penny Lohr
