I placed an order online on Monday. My order was received a day after it was intended to be received. When I contacted customer service regarding a ETA she was unable to give me an estimated time nor was she able to contact the local florist. I was not pleased with this. I will not be using this site again to order flowers.

Was surprised by the $12 service fee added on at the end. You should post it up front. The local florist that did the actual fulfilling and delivery of my order was outstanding.

The flowers and balloon were very nice but the chocolates were chocolate covered jellies and I expected just regular chocolates, not jellies. A little disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
