Fast and easy, even for a techno-challenged person like me! I found the shipping and handling to be a bit pricey and the arrangement didn't have the roses and other flowers as in the picture despite the fact that I paid extra but the flowers arrived on time and the recipient loved the colors in the arrangement.

This experience was so much better than the last two. The flowers were delivered fresh, on time and beautifully arranged. Much seems to depend on which florist is doing the arrangement and delivery. I will specify, in the future, if I have had a bad previous experience, so that the same florist will not make up the new order.

The flowers did arrive the morning I had set them to be delivered. Price and delivery were great. The actual flowers/arrangement is chaotic is weird looking. Several diff types of flowers in clumps. No arrangement at all. They're thrown in groups in a case. Pretty flowers but not arranged at all together. It was for my parents and I'm embarrassed. Not sure I can trust whoever the site uses for floral arrangements. I can provide pic if needed.
I ordered the flowers for my sister on her birthday. The delivery man left the flowers on her front steps. My sister was recently operated on her foot and moves around the house in a chair. As she opens the door the delivery man is half way down her walk way and yells to her is her name "Erica". She is telling the man that she can't bend down to get the flowers and he didn't acknowledge what she said and left. That was not quality service. Better delivery personnel needs to be hired. What would of happened if no one was home to help her get the flowers? They would stayed there all day and have died in the Florida heat.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
