I got to the end of my order only to find out I was getting 10% off instead of 20% off. The discount code box was grayed out and I couldn't change it to the one I wanted to use, so I had to start over 4 times. I was getting so frustrated that I looked at other online flower delivery sites before trying this one more time.

The picture on your website was very misleading. I thought I was ordering several roses but there were only eight roses and the rest were carnations. My wife was very disappointed in what I ordered her for our anniversary.

Representative told me I would have to place another order then put me on hold several time before concluding that a gift basket could be sent and I would not have to reorder. I did not want to have to reorder because I had already paid for the order and the money had already been taken out of my account.

The items My Fiance received was outdated and expired. The treats was from Valentines day. The Summer Sausage expired in March... the chocolate was old. The kit kat was stale.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
