Well, I didn't get the bear I ordered with this. It was substituted with a very small stuffed dog which for 53.00, I thought was a bit much because the animal was supposed to be 12 inches. I was disappointed by the size. I order from here every year but will order again. Thank you.

I'm sorry but it's not fair to rate the flowers, I sent them to my mom 1800 miles away, she says they are gorgeous, beautiful, I hope they are, but we know how mom's are
The first arrangement I was totally disappointed with. For a 4th of July arrangement you have one slightly blue (mostly white) flower. Sample showed red, white and blue ribbon around vase, nothing on the one delivered. The second arrangement was an improvement but didn't get the holiday feel. This had red ribbon atleast.
Always ease of ordering online and if necessary to call, help is prompt and professional. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. Flowers are excellent

Good, but a bit pricey
The delivery was 15 minutes before a deadline. The courier delivered the flowers not to the suite, but to a front desk. So my girlfriend picked it up online and hour later when I occasionally saw an email. And I had to told you to come and get it. A surprise was spoiled. And there was NO Birthday balloon! I'm quite disappointed.
