There were so many varieties, prices and styles to choose from. It made it convenient to find exactly what I was looking for. My only regret was that I wasn't able to sort the options under a menu heading (for example, I clicked on SYMPATHY in the menu bar and it took me to almost 500 options, but I couldn't filter and/or sort from there (only from the home page which included EVERYTHING).

I placed the order on 6/21 to be delivered on Monday 6/25. I had to call 3 times on 6/26 to find out what was going on and when would it be delivered. It should have had a large purple ribbon but it only had a small thin pink ribbon. THANK GOODNESS the mylar balloon was attached.
I was first told that they tried to deliver on Monday but no one was home. NOT...my employee is on LOA and was home all day with the front door open because it was warm that day. It was very unfortunate that I had to keep following up with my employee who was home resting from surgery to verify the delivery was actually made.
The phone reps tried as best they could to help, but this was a VERY POOR experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
