Ordered a sunflower arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday the morning before her birthday with a guarantee for not only same day delivery, but morning preferential delivery for the next day. As advertised fully guaranteed for same day so I thought giving a day's notice would be fair enough... apparently not; got a notification saying the flowers were delivered after 5 pm on her birthday, no flowers at her door, mailbox, anything. Outsourced service reps were friendly enough, will see about the full refund after trying to give me the 2.00 expediated shipping quota back, but I would not use this for any swift reliable purpose.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
