This was a birthday present for my mother and I was not told at order time that the flower gift would arrive a day late. It would be good to offer your customers the option of cancelling at order time if the delivery time cannot meet their gift deadlines. Regardless, Mom was thrilled with the bouquet and said it was very beautiful.

Purchased a beautiful (or what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet) bouquet. The one delivered was nothing like the picture online. Half the size. Was suppose to be bright and colorful,was drab looking, used the cheapest looking flowers ever and colors of flowers didn't even blend nice together, no colorful ribbons that showed also in the picture. What was suppose to be a nice gesture to tuned into an embarrasment. Of course customer care response was that the flower shop can substitute for inseason flowers, it is summertime right aren't most flowers in bloom right now? I get that maybe not all flower shops have all flowers but these were pretty generic ones and they could have made it at least the size I paid for and added the ribbon. They want to offer me a 10.00 off coupon for not being satisfied ha like I would ever order from them again!
Easy website to use. However, the flowers received did not match the picture I selected. The bouquet delivered was beautiful, but not as colorful as what was pictured. It was all yellow and orange. The picture showed reds and blues as well. That's why I selected that particular bouquet. It was so colorful. I even upgraded to the Deluxe, so I was disappointed. My friend didn't see the original picture, so she was still very happy. I just feel like what she got was not what I paid for.

The person that received the flowers sent us a picture and it was not what we saw in the ad. For $51.00 it should have been a lot bigger and put together a lot better. It looked so cheap.
You should be upfront about the delivery charge at the beginning, not end. It takes too long to find out for customer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
