Very pleased. Couldn't ask for anything better except maybe a little earlier on the delivery. But the assortment was so beautiful! Better than the picture! The card was filled out exactly as requested. It was for my moms 81st birthday and it put her and my dad in tears! It caused notice from Neighbors and was just more than I could have hoped for! Great, my mother was so very happy with the flowers and the picture vase was incredible, thank you my father just died 5/24/2018 and I wanted something special and the picture vase was perfect pic of the two of them 2 years ago at their grandsons wedding. Thank you so very much beautiful

Easy
The website was easy to use. I ordered flowers to be delivered as a gift on the same day and received notification that they had been delivered. However when I spoke to the recipient on the following day, she had NOT received the flowers. The customer service representative I spoke to was very professional and the flowers were eventually delivered the day after they were ordered. The recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement. It was very pretty, but somewhat different than the picture on the website.
Price just a little to high
Don't say you're going to give me a %20 discount and not deliver. The original price of the flowers were $19.99, but when I went to order it said the flowers were $29.99 and that you gave me a %20 discount to make it $19.99 which doesn't make any sense. Anyways last time I used this site my flowers weren't delivered and I had to keep calling just to get a refund. Please make sure my flowers are delivered tomorrow.
