Shipping and handling was too high
Just hope the flowers get delivered and are pretty much like the picture shows. The flower arrangement was delivered in good time without paying extra for expedited service, BUT i was disappointed that it wasn't more like the description online once I saw a picture of the ones delivered. I realize the site mentioned that there may be substitutes, but it appeared that most all was substituted either in color and/or flower type.
See how you deliver first and then I'll do another survey.

What was delivered to my friend did not quite look like the picture. I understand some differences but it did not have as many flowers different blue ones and hardly any white ones. But the delivery person said that some of the bids should open soon.
But overall it was not as pretty as the picture I ordered. So a little disappointed. The ordering was great and the delivery time was great.

The flowers are very nice. They were not delivered on the same day as guaranteed, but we live in a fairly rural area so that's understandable. I am supposed to get the 'same-day' fee reimbursed, so we'll see.
I had the arrangement sent to a friend not at my home. So far the only indication that it was received is from the note sent to me from the florist.

I ordered these flowers for a friend's birthday. I was very unsatisfied with the flowers that was delivered. It did not compare to the picture Illustrated on the website. The flowers were very small nothing like the picture represented on your website. I would like a full refund for my purchase! I have a picture of the flowers that was delivered if I need to email them to y'all also.

But we recieved flowers one day before the anniversary. So that was a disappointment, not a surprise. The note was written by hand.but it looked like a joke, not classy at all.
