I extremely appreciate your offer of free shipping/handling on this order. It means a lot to me. This order was sent to my granddaughter following knee surgery. She received them on the day I requested and she said they were very pretty.
So the flowers were ok but the Lillies were not bloomed like in the picture. This was disappointing considering the Lillies were the reason why I chose this bouquet. Otherwise the ordering online was easy and fast delivery!
Everything was perfect thos time.

The shopping experience was good and the price. Where I had a problem was when my friend recovered the flowers some of the were dying and the box was very hot.

Bouquet wasn't quite as pictured but overall it was very nice.
You didn't have an info sheet for delivery to funeral home or where service was being held for us to give you on time etc.
I chose what I did because YOU advertised the BLUE VASE! Order was delivered in clear vase NOT BLUE WHICH WAS WHY I PICKED THAT ITEM AND YOU COULD SEE THE GREEN STYROFOAM FLOWER STEMS STICKING IN THEM! I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! THE LADY WHO PASSED AWAY WAS WHY I ORDERED BLUE.HER FAVORITE COLOR! YOU RUINED MY DAY AND GIFT TO FAMILY EVEN MORE BUY NOT UPHOLDING YOUR ADVERTISEMENT COMMENTS..
We tried to select the same bouquet for delivery on same day but couldn't, no idea why

I have been dissatisfied with 1800flowers quality of flowers. They have been broken or nearly dead upon arrival. I hope your quality is better as I send a lot of arrangements.
The flowers were dropped off on porch by UPS. We were here, so we opened right away.
Upon opening box the flowers appeared to be warm, but luckily they were still in tact and actually looked beautiful once placed in water in vase. They are very fragrant too.
However, they were not as large as I'd hoped. I can't get the same arrangement at this price from the local florist and they will be fresh and arranged and personally delivered.
Your service will work in an area without a local florist, for me.
It wasn't a 49.99 bouquet of flowers.
The site was easy to navigate. As I am trying to order from Scotland I found it a bit tricky when it came to billing info and payment but, I did manage to figure it out in the end.
The service was exceptional and delivery was superfast. My Sister was delighted with the flowers and this made for an easy pleasant transaction. I would have no hesitation in using your services again and also in recommending you to Family and Friends.
