Overall I was very please, however, as I tracked my order, it just said delivered with no time-stamp. My order was sent to a family member for a funeral; as much as I truly appreciate the "same day" delivery, it would have been nice to know the delivery time, as I didn't want to disturb my family during their time of grief. Thank you so much.
The bouquet was beautiful but the hand written card could've had nicer penmanship or even be typed. Plus, the message didn't include much punctuation. Overall, I'm glad everything was spelled correctly & the bouquet was pretty.
