I just received a picture from my friend who I sent the flowers to and they don't look anything like the picture I chose so I am disappointed to say the least. They don't look like professional flowers. I am highly disappointed and I don't know if I will be using this website again.

The flowers I chose on the website were not sent.to the florist. The florist did an excellent job of making good on the specific flowers I wanted. SUNFLOWERS were in the arrangement I chose. The florist made sure I got sunflowers. I also ordered premium and the instructions.to the florist was regular.
Over the last 1-2 yrs I have purchased all my flowers from you. So far the arrangements have been nice.
Very disappointed with the product that was delivered. Not at all what was pictured. When I contacted the company they informed me they have a substitution policy so arrangements can be delivered on time. I understand and appreciate having a substitution policy but when the arrangement that is delivered looks nothing like the arrangement that was ordered it is very disappointing and frustrating. I was offered a 20% refund. Needless to say I will not be ordering from fromyouflowers.com again nor will I recommend it to any of my friends.
Got what I ordered on time.
Overall great experience. Thought the bouquet might be a bit bigger since i went with the medium sized order but my co worker said the flowers were huge and looked beautiful. These were sent to a co-worker after the death of her father in law. She was amazed at how they looked so overall I am happy.
Balloon was deflated and chocolate was a melted mess. Wasted money.
The arrangement was much smaller than the sample photo, it needed a little more filler(greenery and flowers)

This was a get well gift. I purchased the premium size but when my friend sent the picture it was much smaller, nothing like the picture it looked like the lowest price one if that. Whoever you are using needs to be contacted. I have pictures if you want them.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
