Never did this before... awesome gift idea!
I was very dissatisfied with the product that was delivered. Compared to other companies that are recommended by the Funeral Home website and I have ordered floral arrangements from, the products was very inferior to what I am use to. The size, the container, the quality of the plants and flowers etc... I was embarrassed to have my name on it.
We have not seen the bouquet in person but the recipient seemed pleased.

The flowers are beautiful. I opted to refuse the vase so the flowers arrived in a box, and there were so many stems, I filled a vase and two small pitchers!

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered to her working address. Site said the flowers were going to be delivered by a local Florist. Then I received a UPS tracking code. Package was sent from a different state. Without water. Guess what the flowers looked like. Try to impress your partner by using this site at your own peril. Customer service of course utterly useless. Offering apologies and blaming UPS but no solutions.
My only problem placeing my order, was oridginated with me and my computor.

If you would show all costs (including tax and delivery) earlier in process, it would be much less frustrating. Even an estimate of handling/tax/delivery costs (which in my case were almost as much as the flowers themselves) would have been helpful earlier in the ordering process. However, having said that, your site later emailed me a discount for free shipping, which made it reasonable.
The flowers were a gift for my niece, so I didn't actually see them. But she said the roses were fragrant and pretty. We have to wait to see if they open, etc. But so far, so good. I am more pleased than I anticipated, not having used your service before.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
