The only reason I did not choose 5 star on price is because, when I was searching the web, your advertisement said free delivery. However, after entering all of my information, including my payment information, it displayed a $15.99 fee for delivery, etc. Although the price is reasonable for same day delivery, I felt this was a bait and switch method.

The flowers ordered were not the flowers sent. It look like Gerbera Daisy's were substituted and they were the wrong color as well. The name of the bouquet was THE BRIGHT BLUE SKIES BOUQUET and the Daisy's were lavender. Also, a cheap plaid aqua blue bow clashed. I thought it was an ugly

My son received today and said it came in a fed ex box another a florist and it was less than 12 inches in height. He thanked me for the gift, but Inam very dissatisfied with the purchase. Let's hope it continues to thrive and grow.

Easy ordering and great descriptions and pics of products! A pleasure. Thank you.After items were delivered which I provided correct address but it was not correct on delivery card the delivery person did not call my nephew before it was left in the hear. The fruit was nice the snacks left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed.
