I sent a dozen roses in a custom vase, teddy bear & Godiva chocolates to my daughter's work place for her 30th birthday. It all arrived in perfect condition & she loved them.

Ordering was easy however, when I attended the service today and saw the size of the "large" arrangement I ordered I was shocked at how small it was. I expected much more for the price I paid. It looked like a maybe $25- arrangement instead of $52.00 plus tax plus 14.99 + 2.99 delivery fees.

The flowers arrived very very warm as we are having a heat wave in Texas (not your fault).I did everything you suggested on the box and the flowers still look kind of puny. Hopefully they will get better by tomorrow as it is a gift for a friend.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
