Total tipoff this company doesn't deliver on time. They will lie to you and tell you they made delivery when they haven't.
Very easy to use, large variety. Had a difficult time with representative since I knew the person the flowers were for was home but they insisted they needed to call them first and I felt that ruined surprise. The representative seemed a bit rude but otherwise had a positive experience.
The experience was pretty good but, The 14.99 Handling charge is too much I think. I had changed my mind on my order but, you guys emailed me and gave me free handling! So...that's great!
Update; She just received the flowers. She loves them and the bear. The chocolates were melted but, it is Arizona so...understandable.
So Far very easy to go though process of ordering,now have to see how it ends.after seeing what the flowers looked like i was disappointed in the size and the arrangement,I would have to think a little more if i would buy another arrangement from this company
The arrangement was great but the vase looked like a box with wrapping paper. Ordered the arrangement mostly because of the vase. Too bad I can't show a picture of the vase. It's very disappointing to have ordered something and not get what you ordered.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
