Initially I was going to cancel my order because the shipping price was so high, but "fromyouflowers" agreed to drop the shipping, so for the price I paid I feel I got a very nice arrangement.

This was a birthday gift for my mother. She said she thought they were beautiful but there was no note of the company or directions for care.

One of the flowers was snapped off from its stem. Almost all of the flowers were dripping with paint which in turn made a mess. Not what the picture shows or the what the details say about the product. It looks like they painted them then sent them out without any time for drying. Not pleased.

Didn't actually see the arrangement, but my mom was happy with them. She described the arrangement to me, and sounds just as described. Have ordered from other sites and arrangements are nothing like pictured.

Delivery cost was ridiculous

This lovely basket was received before noon PST and our daughter was just so thrilled and impressed with the variety of gourmet items. Fruit firm and fresh.

Thought it would be fuller. No bare spaces

There needs to be more space on addresses to enter full information for those in hospitals or at businesses. It wouldn't allow all the characters.

Of course we didn't see the plant in person because we had it delivered to someone else, but we already received a lovely thank you.

Very easy to navigate and make a decision however what i didn't like was not knowing truly the idea of what the flowers would look like. I don't know if i was looking a regular or premium bouquet. After delivery: I received a picture of what they looked like when they were delivered and loved it! Looked almost identical to the picture.

I have to wait to see how the order is delivered & how they looked before giving a better rating
