The website is beautiful, but the pages are a little hard to figure out all the different options and what's going on with their selections. I was kind of confused but maybe that's just me. I took the first bouquet offer that was within my price range which was a florist created bouquet. I understood the checkout procedure though. It was understandable.

I was surprised by the handling fee and then had to backtrack to change my flower arrangement because there was no option to edit or cancel.
Once again a problem with my order. The Arrangement delivered was not what it looked like in the picture and it was received after 7 p.m. I placed the order 2 days ago and there was no reason for the gift to arrive so late. I will not be patronizing this company in the future.

The vendor never disclosed how much the delivery cost was going to be before proceeding to final check out (post PayPal). Further, there were no details about how many flowers were in each size bouquet. I spent nearly $80 for a bouquet that had 3 roses and a few carnations. It couldn't have been worth more than $20. The site photo showed a bouquet twice the size of the one that was actually delivered. Also, the site photo had succulents (a favorite of the recipient) and our arrangement had none.
The arrangement I ordered was for my Uncles funeral and it's perfect! Much bigger then I thought especially for the price, the picture doesn't do it justice. Thank you so much!

Handling fee not mentioned until the very end. Not impressed with the sloppy arrangement in the "Florist's Pick". I've seen better $5.00 grocery store fresh flower bouquets. Disappointing.
