These flowers showed up limp and bent over. They never stood up for my friend. I am so disappointed as this was a very special occasion for my extremely sick friend. She sent me a picture of them. I asked her if they showed up like that. She said yes, thinking they would perk up but they never did. I have never had bad flowers from you folks and I order lots of flowers from you. So sorry to say, but I am now very dissatisfied.

They didn't even come in the same vase that I wanted/ordered! LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO ON YOUR WEBSITE! AND to make things worse, the pink roses y'all sent were A LOT CHEAPER on YOUR website than what I originally ordered! I REFUSE TO PAY almost $70 for this AWFUL arrangement! I am extremely embarrassed and y'all should be too! I WANT A REFUND ASAP! I have never been this disappointed in any flower company before and when I called to complain, YOUR company placed me on hold for over 20 minutes and NEVER came back the line to address the problem. I want someone from this company to call me asap at *******027! I should NOT have to be wasting my day tracking down someone from this company to fix this problem.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
