I though I was to get free shipping from a recent email I had received. I may have clicked on the wrong offer I have gotten 3 notices from you in the past few weeks. I was very disappointed in the arrangement that was sent. It did not look anything like the picture your website represented. It was over bearing in the vase and had different flowers in it. I know how hard it must be to have same day delivery and also have all the flowers in stock. If that is the case, and there can be changes due to flower availability please state on website. My first order I sent looked just like the picture. This did not. I sent copies of pictures to your website and was given a $10.00 gift certificate which I thank you for. Will try again. Just hoping for better results next time.

I ordred flowers and a bear plush for V-day with the same day delivery, and I payed more for that. The flowers arived 6 days later. On to of that, they delivred bad quality flowers. This lead to fight with my girl which conducted to our separation. She thinks that I do not care about her, although I did my best for the flowers to be deleivred on time, but THIS company did not do their work.

These flowers showed up limp and bent over. They never stood up for my friend. I am so disappointed as this was a very special occasion for my extremely sick friend. She sent me a picture of them. I asked her if they showed up like that. She said yes, thinking they would perk up but they never did. I have never had bad flowers from you folks and I order lots of flowers from you. So sorry to say, but I am now very dissatisfied.
