Received email flowers delivered as promised on 7/12. Only, it wasn't! Called Customer service on Saturday and was told they would reach out to florist & get back to me by 4pm. Didn't happen. Recvd call back on Monday 7/16 & was told flowers were left on porch@ 9:12am as no one was home. There is always someone home. I doubled checked b4 choosing delivery date. A visitor arrived at the house at 10:00am and there were no flowers on the porch. Customer Service Rep told me flowers would be re-delivered b4 end of day. Flowers arrived and were Sloppy! The were NO Purple Monte Casino & NO Green Button Poms. There was an awful lot of Foliage filler. Compared to the other Flowers received it was very unprofessional, sloppy, careless looking arrangement.
Easy to order. I'm hoping the arrangement is beautiful.

I loved the flower birthday cake but I actually paid an upcharge for a bigger arrangement and i was so surprised that the arrangement was soooo small...I guess i would have to say that it was beautiful but much smaller than i anticipated so i was very disappointed.
It was easy to order and the flowers and your prices were very good. Delivery was prompt and flowers were just as advertised. Very pleased

I selected the Premium arrangement, or most expensive. I choose it for the Daiseys, and there were no Daiseys in the arrangement that was delivered. Will not use you again

Your flowers have met my expectations
Flowers were delivered on time and exactly as ordered.
I ordered a deluxe to have a fuller bouquet with expectations of at least 6 roses and 7 other flowers in the mix. But ended up with only 2 roses and 5 other flowers in the mix. Highly disappointed in the arrangement and the price I paid!

Shopping was easy, The picture featured online was nothing like what was delivered to my friend and the quality of the roses was terrible. They arrived looking like they had been delivered several days before, Brown at the edges, just thrown in a mason jar. Not worth the price at all.
