Have been very satisfied with the easiness of ordering flowers for my friends. My friend emailed me saying he received the flowers and was very pleased it's the arrangement.

Easy ordering process and delivery was quick. I cannot comment on the actual condition of the flowers on arrival as I was not the recipient. I was however very surprised the delivery was via UPS. I just hope that the flowers were delivered in a vase and looked just as I had seen online (I'm sure the recipient would not tell me if they were not). But service was good and fast do that I cannot complain about.

I was supposed to receive an $8.00 discount and only got a $2.00 discount and then was shocked to see a $14.99 service charge. It was never mentioned anywhere. Will use local florists and order over phone in future. This was highway robbery.
