I had ordered around 1 PM for Same Day delivery July 20th. Office closes on Fridays at 4 pm. Changed address to residential so they would be delivered next day Saturday July 21st. Still did not come & ended being delivered today 2 days after her Birthday. Was reimbursed for the Same Day fee but was still pretty bummed that the order was not on time.

I wish the balloon had been a little less childish-you generally don't send flowers to children so I didn't really understand the teddy bear. I have only seen pictures and the flowers look like what was represented.
