Coupon codes cannot be manually entered? Also, shipping "Service/ Handling" fees are a bit of an unpleasant surprise, especially after you are made aware of the $2.99 fee for same-day delivery and THEN have another $15 added for "Service/Handling"...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
