Thank you for the beautiful birthday balloon bouquet that was made for my nephew's first birthday.
Think the price of flowers plus delivery plus tax is kinda expensive! Not that cheaper
I ordered early for same day delivery and it wasn't delivered. I was returned the same day fee but then was told it would be delivered first thing the next day. Wasn't delivered until the evening. I see why you have such poor reviews.
So far so good, my first time using this site. Praying bouquet is as pretty as the picture.
Unfortunately, picture sent to us from our daughter showed a much skimpier bouquet than what was pictured on your website.
The arrangement did not look at all like the one I ordered.

It was exactly what was expected they loved it.
Very good prices & best of all same day and next day shipping. Loved that the delivery person was very nice & even said happy birthday when they delivered the flowers. Even loved that the message I requested to be put on the card was hand written, I feel like it makes it more special and unique, just wished that the person who did write it had better handwriting- less sloppy. But other than that loved my experience with this company!
I was offered $10 off on flowers, the shipping price was to high so I can an email about free shipping, what you neglect to tell me is the $10 off is no longer valid. That leaves a bad taste in my mouth, in the future I will probably go elsewhere.
Firstly, I would have liked more flower choices with the photo vase. Now, the flowers have been delivered. They were warm to the touch. I have been on hold for over fifteen minutes for a supervisor after your customer service blamed the bad flowers on UPS. They looked NOTHING like the flowers on the site. 2 of the roses were broken off and the 3rd was an empty stem. The filler of alstros was about non existent. My aunt sent a picture and although the picture vase was great, the flowers were not.
Very, very disappointed. I am a big online gift buyer but this was the first time and the last time to use this company.

I only wish the service/handling charges were more evident upfront...always leaves a bad taste in my mouth to have hidden costs pop up when I'm nearly complete with my order. Makes me feel taken advantage of.
I ordered from this site because I needed flowers delivered same day and it said they would be. Unfortunately, about 15 minutes after ordering I received an email that they would not be able to deliver the flowers same day after all. This was very upsetting, which I told them in my reply. I was pleased that even though they were not able to make good on their promise, they did offer to include a note of apology and upgrade my bouquet. I still would have preferred to have them delivered on time, but I do appreciate the customer service of trying to compensate for their failings. In the end, my friend is enjoying a really beautiful bouquet and I am happy! I do feel wary about putting in a same day order again though, knowing it may be in empty promise.
I like free shipping and handling but I paid extra for premium and my daughter got the standard one.not Happy at all
