The same day delivery said "within 4 hours" on the sitr and it was delivered about 9 hours after ordering.
Also. It came in a plastic container when the picture showed a glass base/vase. I may have not selected to add the glass vase but i thought i had. Or i had possibly selected a size that didnt include it? Either way it would have been nice to know.
All of that said, good price, good selection, same day delivery and the arrangement was beautifully done. I would recommend!
Flowers were supposed to arrive before 5 pm (business address). Flowers were received after 5:00 pm. I'm glad the recipient was still there and had not closed for the day. Nonetheless, flowers and bear were received and were of good quality.

The website was easy to use and I loved the promo discount. However, the size of the flower arrangement was much smaller that what appeared online. I paid for a larger arrangement and received the smaller size. Also the balloon that I paid for looked like it was a week old, it was full of bumps and wrinkles, not a fresh filled balloon. Very unhappy with my order.
Not impressed with the bouquet that was delivered. The vase that I ordered was a custom one and it looked tacky...
I paid over $50 for the bouquet and they arrived after we closed for business and I had to stand at the doorway waiting for them. The flowers were in a small vase, with only a couple of roses and the bow looked like it was tied on at the last minute. It looked really sloppy, then the florist who delivered said that you take 25% of the payment so she couldn't add more flowers and tried to excuse the mess I was handed. I was horribly disappointed and will not purchase from this site again.
