EASY! LOVE IT
I had no issues with my first experience.
Ordered flowers to send to my girlfriend in California (I live in NC) back in May without any issues. Placed an order last night for flowers (To the same name and location) and received a missed call from the company stating the order was on hold and to contact them. Called and spoke to someone that transferred me to their "finance" department who asked me all of the normal verification questions but was then told that the "bank" would have to fax them card verification (And I explained that there was no bank attached to my card but whatever).
Called Amex and he called them via 3way conference to try to get the issue resolved. Was transferred again (only waited about 10 minutes this time) to the finance department and the lady there began to rudely overtalk me and the gentleman on the phone stating that she could not speak to me with a third party on the phone (which is complete ridiculousness) and promptly hung up on us. I called back to cancel the order but was told it will automatically cancel within 48hours so we'll see about that.
I rarely leave reviews but this was the definition of ridiculousness and poor customer service.
Time consuming due to the number of orders however all worked out ok. However the order was delivered at two different times of the day. This became a concern since I didn't know what happened and only by contacting Customer Service I found out about the delay.
The recipient was please with the candy basket he received and my kids were excited to send it! Worked as a great last minute gift for grandpa that doesn't live close by. Thanks!

Flowers arrived on time and looked nice! A bit pricey though -- I was annoying that the listed price didn't match up with the listed image, and that I had to go with a more expensive option to get flowers representative of the listed image.
Flower price was good flowers arrived on time arrangement was not exactly as shown on website but very pretty. Very disappointed in almost 50% processing and handling fee.

Your online service was fine. I was sure I ordered the deluxe pastel arrangement and will review the order again. We were embarrassed to find our arrangement was small, bland, pale, sparse and cheap looking. Only 2-3 colors were used. (Mostly yellow daisy's) We found that our flowers had been moved behind the other vibrant floral arrangements.
Half a star for the florist effort using their left over yellow daisy's.
The Southern Peach Bouquet was the order. I do not feel that it resembled the picture as advertised, which disappoints me.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
