They always look bigger than they appear on the web. My daughter sent me a pix and they looked quite small and they were pretty expensive. The only thing that was upsetting and I know it was not the delivery girls fault but she told my daughter Happy Birthday. The balloon said thinking of you. Her beloved Goat just passed away that morning and he was very upset, it was not her Birthday, that was last week actually, I know the girl had no was of knowing but the balloon didnt say happy Birthday... other than that they were beautiful, I picked a plant because her goat always ate her house plants so it will be a reminder of him Rip Bart. I will purchase again, she loved them and they were nice

Easy navigation and great pictures! I ordered flowers for my grandma (just because) and my best friend (birthday). My only complaint is the desert sunrise bouquet was supposed to come in a wooden box but it didn't, it came in a glass vase. I did not see anywhere in the description that they would substitute the vase (just the flowers if some weren't in stock). It isn't a huge deal, obviously the receiver wouldn't know the difference, but I would've loved for it to come in the wooden box like the picture because that is more her style and that is why I chose that bouquet for her birthday.
