The flowers were beautiful and the delivery time was better than I expected. I liked being called after the delivery to let me know when and where the flowers were placed since the person receiving them was not home. I was not expecting the handling fee however but it was ok. I was very pleased and will be using you again.

Didn't realize there would be such a huge service fee or I would've used a different service. The product my Dad received was the most unprofessional item I've ever seen! The total cost for what was bought was $10.00. I give props to the owner as I emailed him/her immediately and received a full refund with an hour.

Delivery time was weak, it said 4 hours on website, i called 5 hours into it as delivery was not yet made and recipient was only at work for another half hour.
I had to change to delivery destination after I ordered. They did an excellent job re-routing the flowers, which arrived in great shape. Thanks for a great job.

First time using this site/service and was happy to see they offer paypal as a payment, for those of us that are very wary of online shopping from places we have never shopped from before. Everything else about my first time shopping experience was fantastic and i like that they have add on options when you order flowers too as opposed to some places where you have to order some flowers as packaged deals; which have limited selections as opposed to build your own like packages. Pending delivery as of right now i will buy from this company again.
My purchase was intended to be a gift for somebody on the day of his birthday. I work third shift and sleep during the day. The morning of delivery day, I got a voicemail from the company stating that they would not deliver the gifts without speaking to me first. I didn't know what it was about because nobody said that in the voicemail, and when I called back to try and get a live human being on the phone I got stuck in a web of automated prompts. After several attempts I finally getting through to a live human being. They said I needed to 'be verified' for security reasons even though I used PayPal to pay for my order which absorbs all risk for both buyer and seller. The person I spoke with said that I needed to read the greeting card message to her for verification purposes and I couldn't really remember what I wrote, but she insisted that the order would be canceled if I didn't remember it. Needless to say I was getting more and more upset every moment that passed. After losing my temper a little bit, I convinced the operator to approve delivery of my purchase which I thought was unnecessary and ridiculous that I would have to do something like that. For the price I paid it should have been delivered dipped in gold without delay. I don't know if I would use this company again.

$14.99 charge for Service/handling just before place the order? I hate it when I do not get the whole price since the beginning. I hate being surprised like this. I live outside the US so I am not used to pay extra handling fees!

Would have been higher rating if your extra fees were up front. $14.99 for "handling" came after payment with PayPal. Should have seen this put into the price BEFORE checkout.

It was easy and affordable. They arrived in failing health although they are a pretty selection but arrived without water, not even a damp paper wrap. It was disappointing. In this summer heat one would imagine even box flowers would have had some water source. They did not ring the door bell or came after the intended recipients were gone. It was just not the joyful experience I had expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
