Experience was very easy. However, I don't know how the flowers will look when delivered. I was happy with all except price. I went from a $23 flower with a balloon to $50 for same day delivery. Would have liked it better if it was little less. $1 store has Mylar balloons for $1.

As I previously stated I feel you are very expensive, however I was at that point satisfied with the final outcome. HOWEVER, the flowers I sent my niece in LA yesterday DID NOT look like what I ordered. I am upset and disappointed. Frankly I want a partial refund.
A little upset over the hidden fees that almost doubled the price. The flowers looked nothing like the picture at all. It was like they just threw a bunch of stuff together.

Easy to order, fast delivery, but I feel that which I ordered was NOT what I purchased! In my opinion, it did not look like the picture! The picture and description is all a customer can go by. What I did receive was very nice without a doubt, but not the size arrangement. (I find this to be a normal practice with most florist, so it did not surprise me.) My wife was happy so that's all that matters! I ordered a 40th anniversary arrangement and I feel I received a 20th anniversary arrangement at best, if you know what I mean! Moral of the story...order an arrangement which "states" the "number" of roses, carnations, etc. in writing. Thank you!
