Was not what I ordered Plants were wilted and not in white round basket like one in picture I ordered but in ricket brown handled basket that looked like someone had found it on side of the road. The type of plants were fine but not that they were wilted and some were really close dead. First timing using this service not a good beginning for future business
If you select "same day" it is hand delivered by a local florist, if you opt for a later day it can be shipped in a box (mine was). I wish I had known this in advance. I was just pre-ordering for the day I wanted, I didn't realize that would change the delivery style.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
