The item I ordered could NOT be delivered the same day. They promised it would be delivered asap next day wasn't delivered until after 4pm. The size of the bouquet was smaller than it looked in the picture. The extra fees were ridiculously high. Overall Bad experience! Will not be ordering from them again.

It was our 12 year anniversary
I ordered 2 seperate sets of flowers, one was deluxe and one was premium, the delivery and flowers where nice, but I thought I paid extra for upgraded flowers and I have to say I don't think they were as full as they should have been.
I was very pleased. The flowers were for a dear lady who turned 100, so I was anxious that they be especially nice. She was thrilled with them!
Payment system is not convenient with some credits/debit cards.

What I received did not match what I ordered. Significantly fewer flowers even though I paid for the package to match what was shown on the website. And the type of vase I picked was not the type delivered which was also a big reason I picked that package. REALLY disappointed

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
