The recipient of the flowers absolutely loved them! The handling fee of $14.99 is a bit pricey compared to free delivery offered by local florists. I almost cancelled my order after I saw that fee listed after my order was complete.

I'd shop online (when there was a 20% sale on). After a few hours lag, I continued entering the recipients address but to my dismay all previous information have been removed. So I had to start all over again, including selecting the flowers and rewriting my message to the recipient. I don't know if it's the next day (as I ordered from Australia) but by the time I attempted the order again, the 20% discount was no longer available - a real bummer.
On top of all that, I find out at checkout that the price for the bouquet selected wasn't the price I needed to pay. In fact, there additional handling costs and tax, which almost doubled the original price. I find this thoroughly annoying - why not include these to the listed price in the first place, so buyers know what the real cost is at the outset? I completed the purchase all the same as I needed the flowers delivered urgently, and I didn't want to go through the whole process of ordering again.

I had a problem following the form but I don't follow directions good anyway. Everything turned out great so guess I did it all right. My daughter-in-law loved the flowers.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
