The arrangement was a bit smaller than I expected but it was very lovely.
The flowers looked really nice from the picture my recipient sent me. However, I wished I had been called about the substitution of colors. It was for sympathy and I really didn't want red and coral. Otherwise, nice arrangement.
The Service fee is outrageous
Easy and pleasant but don't quit like the shipping charge of nearly $15. A bit high. Bought from your site 'cause I have a discount code. Without it I'd gone with another co. Sister received flowers next day morning...perfect! She sent me a couple of pictures of it and it was almost identical to picture but a little sloppy looking. Maybe it was the angle? Anyway, happy with the purchase.
So far everything is good. The only thing is I was wishing I could've gotten the flowers there today but I know I am late in ordering. I hope they are as beautiful as they are on the computer. I have not seen the flowers however, I did hear from my friend and she said they were beautiful.
Flowers were nice but not like the picture showed. The smiley cup was yellow in the picture and she got a white cup with a smiley on it. I was disappointed that it didn't look like the picture but I guess it will have to do.
Process was easy and smooth, delivered as directed
Very unsatisfied with this product! Almost none of the products pictured were included and the ones that were included were cheap versions. I would be okay with equal substitutions if some weren't available but they had Brie cheese pictures and they included a box of laughing cow. Salami and summer sausage were also pictured but I only rreceived summer sausage... In addition, I paid for the expedited fee for same day and it arrived the day after. Although they have said they are refunding the fee, my occasion was missed even though I ordered with plenty of time according to their website. Will not be buying from this website again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
