Your website is disgusting. I have a password, but you never let me use it, so I have to put my name and address in every time. This is a lousy way to treat returning repeat customers.
I'm very disappointed with the appearance of the bouquet. Instead of being like the one pictured, there were only five small roses with two lilies sticking way up out of the bouquet. Looked weird.

Some time ago I had a terrible experience with your site. The flowers were wilted and awful. At that time I received a $20 gift certificate that "never expired" As I tried to use this gift certificate, the code was no longer valid. Hopefully this order will be better. These are for the funeral of my husband's stepmother. Quite irritated the certificate wasn't honored. I do not plan to use your services again. Lets see how this works out.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
