Found the deliver and service charge a little difficult to understand
Totally disappointed that I ordered for same day delivery, my order was accepted on those basis, but in fact the flowers were not delivered until the following day, when they didn't mean as much
First delivery was one week early and the delivered flowers did not look like the website picture, but I sent a complaint email and the issues were immediately addressed. The correct version of the flowers were delivered as originally scheduled and the recipient is very happy with her birthday flowers.
So, no I was not satisfied with the product or service initially - but I am now.
And yes, I would use your service again as this is the first time I have ever had a dissatisfying experience.

They delivered something a little different from what I ordered -- but it was very nice (and, in fact, probably better) -- just thought you should know it was a little different (cut flowers but the main color was different)

Super fast delivery and the flowers looked and smelled wonderful. The recipient was so surprised and all of the other women in the office were so jealous so the beautiful arrangement and the aroma. It is a total success and I highly recommend your services to anyone that wants and/or needs flowers quickly that are well worth the money.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
