Had flowers delivered to my Sister for her 70th Birthday, she was pleased.
Doesnt look like the original order wrong flowers wrong vase
Plant looked NOTHING like the photo. The Lilies were missing. The plants weren't the same. They were uglier than the photo. The pot was not even close. The plants were old and dirty. It came late in the day. The straw bow was all over the place and unraveled and hanging out. Not even the same color. It was an ugly rusty brown. They never called me when they arrived so I could receive it personally. The butterfly was replaced with an ugly cheap looking red bear stick. I hated it. The reason I chose that plant was pointless. So much effort and money spent for nothing. I requested a full refund. I will not be using your devices again unfortunately.
Flowers received were not what I ordered. The iris was substituted.
The actual flowers that were delivered to my sister for her birthday were similar in color but look nothing like what I ordered.

The basket arrived at 10:00 pm when your site said by 6:00. The delivery person was very unprofessional. She didn't identify herself our business when she called the recipient to verify his address; thus, they thought it was a scam. Once she arrived, the basket was open and fruit had fallen out. I am so dissatisfied with this service!

It was mostly great, but I was surprised by the $15 handling fee and didn't like how it wasn't shown until the very end.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
