This was my experience with this company:
On August 2,2018 I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my dear wife who had just left the hospital after 4 days of suffering. The flowers never arrived at my house that day! When I complained to them they told me they were making the delivery but nobody opened the door, but that's a lie. I was very angry they told me they were going to deduct $ 2.00 from the delivery and that they would send me a $ 10.00 certificate to my email for another flower order.
I WILL NOT USE YOU THEM EVER MORE, FIRST AND LAST

The ribbon color was very odd looking with the flowers. Otherwise everything was great.
Liked the great variety of flower arrangements to choose from
The ordering process was quick and simple. I paid extra for same day delivery which did not happen. Later that day I received an email from PayPal saying I had a partial refund from this organization, but no explanation as to why. When the flowers did not arrive the same day, I had no idea if the flowers were going to arrive the next day or not. They finally did arrive midday the following day-a day to late. I could have called a local florist and received same day delivery. Probably the route I'll go in the future.

I wish the price advertised is the final price not adding another $25-30 at the end for delivery.
I thought the flowers would be arranged and delivered by a local florist. It came in a box and delivered by UPS. So my wife has to arrange them in the vase and she is terrible at that. I feel like a paid a florists price without the special touch.
Product was not available so had to be substituted. Flowers were smaller then I had ordered. I ordered premium and it was normal size.
I paid for the deluxe zen bouquet. It did not have more flowers and was also not quite as zenish as on the photo. It really looked pretty but I preferred the more Zen look that is why i ordered that specific arrangement.
