I loved the ease of ordering from your site and the price but i ordered southern peach and picture online was totally different from the arrangement that my friend received. Although she loved the arrangement it was not what i ordered and i was disapointed because the color scheme that i ordered was ordered because of her home decor. I would have appreciated the opportunity to change my mind if you could not have provided the exact arrangement that i ordered. I will think twice before ordering again
It should have been made clear when I placed the order that the flowers would be shipped via UPS directly to the recipient. I assumed a florist would assemble the lilies in the vase and deliver them to the recipient. Also, the number of lilies appeared to be less than promised considering I paid for the premium display.
Bouquet was smaller than I thought it would be, the person that received them enjoyed them.

Not happy that it took all day to have my order delivered. The flowers went out for delivery at 9:29 a.m. They weren't received until 8:28 p.m. Your website said they'd be delivered by 5:00p.m. Unacceptable delivery time.
They flowers were beautiful but delivered incorrectly which meant they about half the bouquet was damaged and others wilted by the time they were found. Those that were still alive were beautiful but overall I was disappointed

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
