Expensive and have failed to actually deliver flowers I have orders. You keep sending me emails saying I'm a platinum member but o see no real savings or benefits. Who ever delivered the flowers rang the door bell and just left the flowers at the door in the 100 degree heat. Thank goodness someone was home to have received them from the door way. Otherwise, they would have just sat there in the blistering sun. Not a very good way to run a flower delivery business.

I ordered the deluxe of Eternal Embrace and what was delivered was not what I would say was deluxe they looked more like the standard type. For the amount of money that was spent I expected more. I was embarrassed that our flowers didn't look like what I thought and spent the money on. At this time I would like a refund on the money of some kind. At this point also I don't think I would recommend you to anyone.
Choosing was easy, delivery is quick. My niece was thrilled with the bouquet and candy and sent me a picture. However, the bouquet didn't seem as large as the "premium" bouquet I ordered, but it was hard to tell from a picture. It just looked that the balloon was so much larger than the bouquet.
I paid extra for the arrangement, I was promised, ' just like in the picture'. I paid the highest arrangement price. I sent a bouquet to my mother for her bday. When I saw the picture she sent me, it looked nothing like the picture that was shown to me when I ordered. Not even close. Not a full bouquet it looked very disappointing and grassy. I feel like I got ripped off. Your pictures aren't even close to what your actual work is! I will not use your services again!
My daughter had informed me that she thoroughly enjoyed the surprised gift basket and couldn't wait to enjoy the goodies. She also mentioned that she loved the basket itself as well. Thank you very much for your service!
