They are MAGNIFICENT
I paid extra to have a next day delivery. Received an email that the delivery was made but in fact it was not made. When I called, the operator told me that the flower place that the balloon order was placed with was in face closed on Sunday. No where on the site did it indicate that I could not get a Sunday delivery. The balloon were for my 13 year old granddaughter who had just won a nationwide softball playoff.

Flowers were to be delivered sat, were not delivered untill Monday around three pm,I was very concerned about the condition of the flowers,was very pleased,they looked as though they were was just made.
The problem with the delivery time was not the stores fault, they could not get in to the building. I am very happy with From you flowers, they did all they could do to make my daughters birthday very happy.

It was much smaller thank expected. I paid for a upgrade. Could of had more flowers. Plus 14.95 for delivery surcharge. I guess have to go to local florists next time.
The "service and handling" was surprisingly high - half the price of the flowers. Adding it right at the end seemed a little like bait and switch, but it's still a nice bouquet, if it looks like the picture.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
