A great choice of flowers and extras you can add. Looked lovely and fresh from the photo sent to me by the recipient. I would however have preferred to know the delivery costs prior to the very last step in the ordering process. Delivery seemed rather expensive too but being from the UK I don't know delivery rates in the USA. Overall a very satisfactory shopping experience.

Price is misleading after handling charge added.
I ordered this bouquet because it had sunflowers which are my daughters favorites. The arrangement has none! This was the reason I ordered it. Very disappointed.
The prices were portrayed differently than the way it turned out, with the pricing. If sunflowers were only going to come with the largest priced order I would have reconsidered that specific bouquet.
I was surprised by the service fee. I did not see the service fee listed before I checked out. Further surprised that I am being charged a weekend delivery fee even though the flowers are to be delivered on Monday.
Size of bear was deceiving. Overall good experience
