I received Email fromyouflowers 7/23/18 that if I purchased flowers that day I would receive code via email the next day for free delivery for life. I did not receive the code as promised, called customer service they said next time I order more flowers to contact them. Why not just send me the code now, i have been a loyal customer and will continue to be, I don't think that was the correct way to handle it.:-(

Liked the variety of baskets. Website very easy and accepts PayPal. Same day delivery did not happen as promised but was received late in the afternoon of the following day.

You wait yo the very end to rack on the horrendous charge for 'service/handling' fee! Yeah you don't charge shipping but I get hit up with that stupid outrageous fee! When the flowers arrived it was the worst 'bouquet ' of flowers. If that's what you call 1 rose and 3 carnations in with a bunch of filler! It did not even come close to what the picture showed! I will never order from here again!
