I paid extra for a same day delivery ( I am in the UK and the flowers were for someone in Seattle USA) but only in the evening did I find out that they had been unable to deliver the same day. I am awaiting my refund for the extra I paid for same day.
Overall a good experience. The flowers and chocolates arrived perfectly. However the teddy bear arrived with a broken/ripped seam which was a disappointment.
What a GREAT opportunity to surprise someone at the last minute! With "cake",chocolates,and a Birthday balloon! Thank You! The Birthday girl was sooo impressed with her unusual gift "cake" saying how beautiful and impressive it was and the box of chocolates were elegant and delicious!
