They delivered the flowers to me, not my friend.
The web site never asked where the flowers were to be delivered. I called about 10 min after I placed the order to give them the address where it was suppose to be delivered but they still delivered them to me.
When the delivery man came the flowers looked nothing like I ordered. I was very disappointed. I ordered the medium size and they looked like the small version. The sunflowers were not even open and some of the flowers didn't look very good. I won't use this company again.

Fresh flowers are expensive, but this site was a little lower than most. I sent flowers to my Auntie for her birthday. I didn't get to see them, but she raved that they were beautiful. She lives a rather lavish lifestyle so if she was happy the flowers must have been impressive. I'm so glad I found this website!

Wish the price for service fee was disclosed earlier in process. Not sure about average cost of fee but seems high for an in town delivery once that florist processes the order.

My friend who received the flowers sent me a picture of them, I was disappointed. They looked like someone took a FEW roses and lilies and tossed them into a vase. NO fillers, it was horrible and it was only red and white. The picture on the website was all pinks and I really was expecting something close to the picture, I can deal with it being red and white but it was sad to say the least. Not worth what I paid, not even close. I could have done a much better job myself. The delivery was up to 6pm, she got them at 730pm.

My order wasn't delivered the same day that I ordered it. Then it took another two days and then it was undeliverable on Monday. On Tuesday at 2:00pm the flower shop called me to tell me that the flowers weren't delivered. I had to drive a half hour and pick up my own order and then drive another 40 minutes to deliver the flowers to my friend myself. Had I known your company was in another state I wouldn't have ordered at all. I was totally disappointed in the whole process
