I was hoping for a beautiful boquet for my daughter's 18th birthday since I was out of town and she's going to the University. Instead the boquet that she received was pathetic! I was absolutely embarrassed to see what was sent! I thought that by choosing the option for the florist to design it, it'd give them opportunity to be creative. I was so wrong, it looked like something a 3 year would pick and put together.
I was overall very disappointed in the flowers that arrived. It did not look at all like the bouquet I ordered online. I ordered a round sort of arrangement and it came as a kind of V arrangement with the flowers which were not professionally arranged evenly in the vase. I saw the next day that the same arrangement online went down from $29.99 to $17.99 probably because the yellow poms were not available and they sent yellow chrysanthemums instead, which is one of the cheapest flowers available.
Too expensive and product was too small I paid $56 for a mug with flowers and a balloon.Very disappointing
Easy. I only had to shop with my eyes and the products was what I wanted and was delivered on time. I will shop again.Thank you. Because it's hard for me to get out.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on my Dad's birthday. He died recently and this the first birthday my dad would have had and my mom is without him. I asked her in the early afternoon if she had any delivery that day. I told her to wait to go to my dad's grave until she got flowers from me. My elderly mother wasted her entire afternoon and early evening waiting and nothing was delivered. I called to see what the problem was and they were unable to figure out what happened. FYF was unable to reach the florist the next day. I called to see what the status was and they offered my a tiny refund which part of it was in the form of a gift card (which I will likely never use). Fromyouflowers ruined what should have been a good day and they wasted about 30 minutes of my life and my mom's afternoon for nothing. I would never use them again as they obviously have trouble getting reliable florists to deliver. Terrible service! Stay away!

It always a easy experience shopping with this company its my 2nd time in 2months I love it my grandmother enjoyed her flowers they were sitting right on her door step wen she arrived in the vase and all great job they were beautiful and arrived just as I planned.

The flowers were delivered late in the day, 4:45 and 5:00 p.m. almost missing my daughter (and her birthday surprise) who was leaving work as they were delivered.
The flowers were sparse and not full like the picture that is shown on the website.
I have used this site before and the flowers delivered were beautiful and delivered earlier so the recipient could enjoy them at work during the day.
Your $15 service and handling fee is not added to the bill until just before checkout. Its not cool to leave that out until the end of the purchase.
Also, the arrangement i ordered was for purple roses and white lilies. What she recieved was a bunch of pink flowers with some purple filler flowers.
The flowers were far from arranged the way the picture was on the website. There was no greenery and didn't look like a professional florist put it together. They were for my boyfriends parents and I'm a little embarrassed that they received something that didn't look like the product I payed good money for. Delivery time was good and buying experience was fine but overall not impressed with the product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
