I ordered two sets of the exact same thing and had them sent to two different locations. There was some variation in the fill flowers and resulted in one being prettier than the other. However, without comparing, both were very nice and impressive that they were ordered, shipped and received so quickly.
Asked for a 5pm delivered was delivered earlier than the time requested had to have a neighbor pick it up
I ordered premium bouquet and what was delivered late was horrible. It looked like 8 flowers were put in a vase and a child made the bow. I am very dissatisfied and would never recommend this company.

Web site is easy to use. The only thing I did not like was that you waited to add extra fees at the end and did not mention it until it showed up on checkout.
The flowers I selected were multicolored but the receiver sent me a picture that did not match. The arrangement is pretty but not what I ordered. The flowers she received were white daisies with pink roses which is probably something the florist shop already had made up. I had selected a specific arrangement from your website and it was definately not what was received.
The flowers did get delivered in a timely manner which I appreciate. I was charged extra on your website for that to happen.

The arrangement I ordered and the one my daughter received (sent me a picture) is quite different. It is called Sunshine and Tulips with the picture showing full bouquet of flowers and a little greenery. Arrangement received had no tulips, few flowers and an over abundance of greenery. Sorely disappointed for what I paid.
Checking out was easy, and I received a phone call confirmation when the bouquet had been delivered.
