I sent these flowers to my sister for her birthday but the card that was sent to her with the flowers was filled with typos that I did not make. I called the customer service number, and after a very extended wait time, was connected with a very rude person who first tried to blame me and then recognized the mistake was theirs. She still continued to be rude, however.

I paid for an upgrade on the flower arrangement... Very disappointed in what did arrive, it was very skimpy looking, nothing at all like what was pictured except for the roses. I know it's not your fault it was a florist that you dealt with. Basically paid 60 some dollars for six roses not happy

What was more in my price range was not available in my zip code. Zip codes shouldn't matter because they were brought in a box by UPS! Why can't people in my zip code shop within the price range they can afford or is that the alert everyone gets just so they will have to buy higher priced items for the convenience of online shopping? Next time, if I am going to have to pay a high price anyway, I will just use my local florist and support my local businesses.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
